MUSIC VIDEO: Born Of Osiris –“M∆chine”

The boys in BOO have come a long way since their high school inception, days when they went under different pseudonyms like Diminished and yourheartengraved. These were times when the youngsters beat out other Chicago based acts such as The Academy Is… in Battle of the Bands competitions. Along the way losing and gaining new members left and right, the band eventually became Born Of Osiris after dropping their last disposable moniker, Rosecrance, which was taken from the name of a Chicago treatment center where one member did a stay and took advantage of it to write a substantial bulk of their early material.

Now many years later, to coincide with the release of their highly anticipated new album, Tomorrow We Die ∆live, which drops today via Sumerian Records, BOO have released a brand new music video for the album’s opening track, “M∆chine.” Filmed at the Detroit, Michigan stop on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival this Summer, the visuals are comprised of live performance footage in blends of grainy black and white and standard color. While the video may not be their most impressive work to date and fans may have wished for something more exciting based on their impressive album art, it’s something to get us by and give us a look at their current live show…and ever-changing haircuts. I personally miss the trampolines…

Watch the video for “M∆chine” after the jump and be sure to pick up Tomorrow We Die ∆live today wherever music is sold!
